The expected delivery time is 7-14 working days from date of dispatch for deliveries outside Australia. The price of the book set is $200, excluding delivery. International orders will be delivered via a cost effective international courier service which incurs a charge of $55, as both volumes together weigh 4kg. Some destination countries impose various charges on import, not necessarily at time of delivery, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
